Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mail boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just select the email mailbox account you want to forward messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
